As Malaysia gear towards globalisation, Chin Herr Industries paves the way forwards the proliferation of iron wire manufacturing products and services, meeting the standards to maintain a competitive edge in the local and global iron wire manufacturing markets today. In order to provide high quality and durable products for our customer, we have invested about RM 20 million in early of the year 2019 to upgrade the existing galvanizing process line to Zinc Aluminium coated wire with the combination of 90% Zn + 10% Al elements.
With the latest state of art machine acquired, the life span for this newly introducing product manufacture will be in double compared with the normal zinc coated wire such as Standard or Heavy Galvanizing Iron Wire. Chin Herr has patented the Zinc Aluminium Coated Wire 90% Zn + 10% Al under the name of ECOZal-10™

For our finished products like Gabion & Netting, Mattress as well as fencing products such as Anti-Climb & Security fencing mesh, Chin Herr Industries is the FIRST Malaysia manufacturer to obtained SIRIM Product Certificate in year 2018 under ISO 9001:2015 which certified by SIRIM QAS International, Malaysia.
Our experience in the wire fencing mesh manufacturing business coupled with the technical expertise possess, combined with our state-of-the-art equipment allow us to supply the highest and best quality of welded wire mesh/fencing domestically and globally.
Our products manufacture is dived into two categories:
Semi- finished Products:
Zinc Aluminium Coated Wire 90% Zn + 10% Al (ECOZal-10™), Std & Heavy Coated Galvanizing iron wire, Hard drawn wire, Black Annealed wire, PVC Coated Galvanized wire. The manufacture according to international Products Specification Standards requirements such as: JIS, BIS, AS/NZS, BSEN, ASTM & etc.
Finished Products:
Gabions & Netting, Mattress, MSW Wall, Green MSE Wall & Netting which solution made to blend with the environment, Anti-Climb Fence, Security Fence, Poultry Farming mesh & others customised industries using mesh suit with the customer needs.
