3)    Only for BMDAM Ordinary (Non-Associate) Members and admission is free for all attending Ordinary Members.

4)    *NO SHOW* registered participants will be billed for non-attendance @ RM128.00 per pax.

IMPORTANT NOTE – STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)

SOPs For Participants

1)   Please ensure that you do not have fever, cough, sore throat, flu and shortness of breath.

2)   Please ensure you have a mask on when you enter BMDAM Secretariat Office and throughout the seminar.

BMDAM’s SOPs Requirement

1)  Please come at least half an hour before seminar starts to make the necessary registration and  have body temperature recorded.

2)  You are required to register with MySejahtera QR Code at the main entrance of our secretariat  office.

3)  Body temperature reading 37.5° Celsius or more will not be allowed to attend the seminar.

4)  You are required to fill in BMDAM’s Health Declaration Form.
