As I embark on my second term as President, I am filled with gratitude for the trust and support you have placed in me. Since our inception in 1976, BMDAM has grown and evolved thanks to the unwavering dedication and efforts of our members, past committee members, and partners. Together, we have ensured that our association remains a strong and influential voice in the dynamic building materials industry.

BMDAM Vision is to be the most respected voice of the building materials distribution industry in Malaysia. Furthermore, our aim is to be the leading advocate and resource for building materials distributors, fostering a thriving and sustainable ecosystem.

We currently have a membership of more than 180 members and it continues to grow. This growth is a testament to the recognition and value our association provides to its members.

BMDAM will persist in representing your interests and fostering close cooperation with other trade associations and government bodies. Our goal is to ensure that our industry’s issues are understood and addressed effectively, benefiting all members.

Looking ahead, we are optimistic about the construction industry’s continued positive growth, driven by an increase in government projects and ongoing expansion in the private sector.
